Airline Evaluation Access Request

Access is limited to commercial airlines evaluating passenger-facing AI within certified embedded seatback IFE environments.

Requests are reviewed to confirm the applicant holds operational, technical, digital, or governance oversight responsibility for embedded IFE systems.

Approved applicants receive an individually issued, non-transferable access link following verification and NDA confirmation. Review is typically completed within 2–3 business days.

Access and Verification Process

  • Requests are reviewed to confirm the applicant represents a commercial airline and holds oversight responsibility for embedded IFE systems within a certified aircraft environment.

    Verification may include role validation and airline affiliation confirmation.

  • This access request form is intended for commercial airline personnel only.

    Suppliers, consultants, and industry organizations may request access through the Commercial Stakeholder licensing pathway to preserve evaluation context and governance neutrality.

  • Verification review will start and is typically completed within 2–3 business days. Eligible applicants receive a link to the portal where they will review an NDA document. Upon completion, an individually issued DocSend link is provided.

  • No. Operator access is issued to a named individual and is not transferable or forwardable.

  • Yes. Access may be suspended or revoked if distribution terms are breached.
