IFC Strategy Is Too Important to Be Driven by Herd Mentality

Inflight Connectivity strategy is often discussed as if the choice were straightforward. Recent commentary has rightly highlighted the risks of committing entire fleets to a single connectivity provider, and those concerns should not be dismissed. What is discussed far less is that diversification brings its own risks, including added complexity, higher costs, and the challenge of delivering a consistent passenger experience.
