Consulting (Selective)
IFECtiv undertakes a limited number of consulting engagements for airlines and IFEC suppliers where defined execution support is required in addition to strategic input. These engagements are project-based, time-bound, and structured around a fixed scope with clearly agreed deliverables.
Consulting work is accepted selectively and is distinct from IFECtiv’s advisory services. It is designed for situations where specific IFEC expertise is required to inform or support a defined outcome, rather than to provide ongoing advisory or capacity-based support.
Consulting Support May Include:
IFEC strategy development for defined airline or supplier initiatives
Product and solution evaluations
Competitive analysis and intelligence research projects
RFP support, including requirements framing and response assessment
Contract review from a subject-matter perspective, focused on technical, operational, and commercial implications relevant to IFEC programs
